How can I get a quick count of my anchor points in Adobe Illustrator CS3?
filed in Arts & Humanities on Jan.29, 2010
I haven’t used this app in about a year now, and can’t seem to remember how to accomplish this. Actually not sure I ever even needed to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Its is in fact important. You obviously have no experience working with screen printers. I need to keep the count under 3000. My design is complex. Trying to get a quick count. Can anyone please be a bit more helpful than this guy?
Thanks a lot Tim!
That is exactly what I needed. ![]()

Why would you need to know how many anchor points there are?
Its not at all important.

Select all then go Object>Path>Simplify, click the preview this should show how many points you have (if it doesn’t you might have to change one of the figures) do not click apply because it will change your design.
